Ham Propolisi ham haliyle doğrudan tükettiğimizde, vücudumuzda sindirilme oranı yalnızca %2’dir. Bu sebeple, ham propolisin mutlaka ekstrakte edilmesi, bir başka deyişle özütlenmesi gerekmektedir.
