Solgar Omega 3, which takes its raw material from cold-water fish in each capsule, contains 1.4 grams of fish oil concentrate in each capsule and 950 mg of Omega 3 fatty acids from it. Omega 3, which cannot be produced in the body and should be taken from outside via food or supplements, has been shown to have positive results on heart health as a result of researches.
