The special harvested sun dried apricot, known for its rich, aromatic and freshness, is different from other apricots. This is the type of production technique and apricot.

It is obtained from the apricot species called Haci Haliloglu, which is best suited to the personal consumption by completely traditional methods.

Without any different technique, mature apricots are dried under direct sunlight and then stored in shade and cool place to obtain flavor and color.
