Receipe:
Take your dried kadayif out of the package and place it on a tray with a diameter of 30 cm.
By sprinkling warm water on both sides, let the dry kadayif soften and open (If it is hard, it will not absorb the syrup)
After taking enough water and expanding it, press the kadayıf lightly with a towel to absorb the excess water.
Sherbet (sugar water) measure is 800g granulated sugar, 1 liter of water.
We take the tray to the stove on low heat and slowly pour our sherbet into the kadayıf with a ladle.
For about 20-25 minutes, pour the syrup on the tray and let it to be absorbed by kadayif. And it’s ready to be served.
