This oil was made from shelled walnuts harvested in Turkey. Cleaned, healthy seeds are first cold-pressed in an endless-screw press, without solvents or chemicals. A well-balanced oil, naturally rich in omega 6, which promotes good cardiovascular function; but also in omega 3, with a perfect omega 6:3 ratio of 5, as recommended by nutritionists and in omega 9.
